Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the pacient with the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the pacient with the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. Objectives:The aim of this thesis is closer look at the issue of ankylosing spondylitis. The special part is focused on developing a case report of physical therapy care for the patient with a diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis Methods: The thesis is devided into two main sections. In the first section there is discussed the issue of the disease with options of care. The second, special, part is dedicated to description of care about specific patient, suffering this disease. The case report is from 4. 1. 2016 to 20. 1. 2016. Results: There was a significant reduction of pain, benefit to patient's condition and restore proper movement stereotypes. Case study of a patient with a primary diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis

Title: Case study of a patient with a primary diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis Objectives: The aim is to become familiar with the general issues of ankylosing spondylitis and in a special section to develop a case report of physical therapy care for the patient with a diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods: Bachelor thesis includes a case study of a patient with a primary diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. The work consists of a general part, which contains a brief description of the disease and possible complications of diagnostic and therapeutic methods. In the second part - special patient case report is processed, which was created during my professional experience in Rheumatology Institute in the period from 8.2.2013 to 14.1.2013. In addressing this diagnosis was not used any invasive techniques. Results: Performed after therapy there was a significant reduction in pain and restore proper movement stereotypes. Case of study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Pacient after the Reconstruction of Ligamentum Cruciatum Anterius

This work consists of two parts, general and special. On the special one was focused more attention. In the general part we can learn basic information about anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the knee. There is described the mechanism of injury of a soft knee, methods of examination and diagnosis, treatment of LCA rupture with conservative and surgical treatment and rehabilitation before and after a surgery. The special part gives a detailed description of the case of study of a patient after ACL rupture. The study has been made during the continuous professional experience, which I undertook at the end of January and February in the Regional Hospital Kladno.

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the pacient with the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is familiarization and resume with the general issues of ankylosing spondylitis. The next is processing of case study of physiotherapy treatment of the pacient with the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis and create a complex perspective on the rehabilitation care. Methods: The thesis consists of the general part, where a basic disease is described in more detail, including possible complications, way of examination and therapy. The second, special part is focused on concrete patient with ankylosing spondylitis. This part described patient's medical history, entery assesment, follow-up therapy and resulting efect of the therapy. Results: The problems of disease were theoretically clarified.
